Kate is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of British Columbia. She helps people demystify the propaganda filled world of nutrition with intuitive food knowledge specializing in pregnancy and motherhood. She lives on a hobby farm with her husband, two sons, chickens, sheep, rabbits and cat.
